These services include:

CONSUMER ADVOCACY AND REFERRAL

SPECIALIZED RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT

PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION

DAY TREATMENT

TRANSITIONAL LIVING SERVICES

REFERRAL SERVICES

As a non-profit, charitable institution, priority has historically been given to the most damaged and desperate of our fellow citizens to ensure they too have access to these critically needed services.

The Kline - Welsh Behavioral Health Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to ensuring that all those in need of these types of services, receive those services.  Our goal is to offer addiction and mental health treatment services, address basic human needs during program participation, engage in individual counseling and undertake the spiritual, moral, psychological and physical rehabilitation of all persons, regardless of their ability to pay. Operating as a true non-profit, we are morally obligated to find a way to help.

The Kline - Welsh Behavioral Health Foundation is a private non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization, incorporated in 1960 by Richard D. Welsh, Sidney Lewis Kline, John Dominis Holt IV, and Alexa Cogswell.

The Foundation has provided rehabilitation services continuously, 24 hours per day - 7 days per week, since that time.   The first licensed Special Treatment Facility in the State of Hawaii, the Treatment Center has evolved into one of the largest, most effective and comprehensive drug rehabs in the Pacific region.
